Hello,
I am researching information on small refrigerator units (~5 cf) and am unable to find this information. Are there any pros out there that can give me some information on the small AC compressor motors used in these units?
Specifically, I would like to know:
-HP
-RPM
-Amperage
I would sure appreciate it. Thanks,
Tom

Tom,
What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?

Gene: I'm not necessarily referring to a specific refrigerator, just smaller refrigerators in general, by which I mean the inexpensive type that uses an AC compressor motor actuated by a hydraulic control. For example: HNSE05SS - 4.60 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator/Freezer

Tom,
HP rating for such compressors can be between 1/5 to 1/12. RPM and Amperage are different as well. All such information can be found on the compressor name plate.
