I have been trying to understand what that error code means and it appears to be a bad thermistor. I have purchased the thermistor from your site for replacement; however, I cannot find any manuals that show me how to remove the bottom toe panel as well as including steps on how to replace the thermistor. I'm hoping you can help me. Thank you!

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		I assume you have looked at the tech sheet, but if not, here it is. http://www.servicematters.com/d...0Sheet%20-%208541836.pdf There is a specific test for the thermistor, which you should do, and you can also test the thermistor itself. If you click on your model number you will be taken to an exploded views of your machine. To take off the bottom access panel you insert a screw driver in the gap at the top of the panel at the edges, and this will release the panel and give you access to the components.

I was also able to remove the bottom panel as you recommended. I assume though now that I will have to remove the front panel in order to get to the thermistor? Thanks for your help!
