big BUZZ noise comes from the refrigerator ONCE a while, perhaps one hour or 45min. It sounds like a 2 second duration buzz/click noise. I opened the panel and it seems this buzz noise is not from PCB board WKKT Model:0158-05-05 (I am not sure this is mother board) located on the right low corner of the panel if you face the back of referigerator. Instead this noise seems coming from the middle center of the refrigerator.

If I reconnected power to the refrigerator, the buzz noise started immedeatly and lasted about 2s.

The refrigerator works OK. But the buzz noise is annoying.

That noise your hearing sounds like the very normal noise a refrigerator compressor makes when it first starts up. If this noise quiets quickly, as they often do, then you have no problems, and will not require refrigerator repair. Of course the older your refrigerator is, the more likely you'll hear this noise, as the motor mounts might not be as pliable as they originally were. But again, this is normal.
