Dryer won't start ... turned timer to setting and NOTHING happened. Tried several settings and it did not go on. Timer does not advance when put on any setting.
Light still goes on in the dryer ... so it's getting electricity.

Where can I locate a parts order book to purchase and replace timer?

Do Not Jump To Conclusions! Check Door Switch. Check For 240 Volts To Dryer. Check For Broken Belt, Check Thermal Fuse If There Is One.

Timer was not it. Do I have to take back off to check belt? How do I know if there is a thermal fuse?

Before you start buying more parts you first
need to check the source voltage going to the
dryer. Do you have and know how to use a multimeter?

the same screw that holds the heater element holds the fuse. It has 2 white wires going to itand the kit comes with 2 fuses lucky you. The dryer will not run at all if this fuse is blown because it is in series with the doors switch. What does that mean? The door switch kills power to the dryer when open. So to kill power to the dryer quickly they wired that fuse on the same circuit as that door switch. Clever ain't it?
