Can anyone help me find the part number for the entire ice maker for this refrigerator? I've looked around and it seems that the parts for it are available but not the whole unit. Any help is appreciated!

I would check the water inlet valve before ordering the ice maker.

In my original thread I posted the question whether that was a possibility with the symptoms, sadly there were no replies. I found one on flea bay before you posted the link for the part, but I'll be ready to come back for a valve if that winds up being the issue. Thanks!
