My appliance parts guy told me yesterday that LG will not provide parts to over the counter DIYs. That seems a little illogical as how do they know? Is this accurate or is he just trying to sell me a Speed Queen? He said that one had to call a repair sevice to determine the problem and let them obtain the parts and install (and incur the repair charge). Accurate?
