Our ice maker appears to have frozen. Water enters the tray and freezes but when the time comes for it to dump, you hear a click, click, click. If you take off the front cover of the ice maker and watch the cogged wheel, you can see it attempting to turn and then clicking back. If we apply heat while it's trying to turn, the ice cubes will loosen up and release, but it just does the same thing next time. I can't determine if the unit is freezing or the cogs are off a bit.
Any ideas?

Sub-Zero ice maker makes ice works for about 4-5 hours, and freezes ice cubes together. At this point they will not dispense. Options?
