I came home from work yesterday to find the freezer section and
frig both up to 42 degrees. I reset the the temperature control to
0 and 42 (a few months ago the same thing happened and this
got it going again) but today they are both up to 52! Any suggestion
before I call in professional help?

I Think You Will Need A Profesional .this Fridge Has Electronic Control Board At Back ,there Are Sensors .electric Damper Etc
