Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/7/2010(UTC) Posts: 4		I have an older Kenmore (Whirlpool) gas dryer that runs for anout 10-20 minutes then shuts off. If I wait a few minutes, it will restart and run for 10-20 minutes more. I replaced the fixed high limit thermostat but that wasn't the problem. Any suggestions as to which part needs to be replaced?

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 4/7/2010(UTC) Posts: 4		I bought it from a store on ******** about 3 months ago so the warranty is up. From your suggestion that it was the motor, I ended up buying another motor and installing it. Now the dryer runs full cycle. Thanks.
