Hi,
Freezer seems to blow some cold air but cold enough. The right side is not blowing any air at all and its not cold. I saw some ice build up at the bottom side of the freezer side back wall. Appreciate any help.

you have an air flow issue, most likely with the defrost system, check your heater, bi metal thermostat or your defrost control.
