We just bought the whirpool duet gas dryer
(WGD9500TW3) and all the buttons light up. The cycle light is blinking but whenever we try to press start it gives us a triple beep sound. It never powers up a cycle. Can anyone help? We have tried to unplug it to reset but we still have the same issue.

Triple beat is usually an indicator that the door is not shut. If you see the door is shut, the switch that tells the control that door is closed maybe not be made or could actually not be connected. If it is brand new and you have never used it once, my bet is the switch circuit is unplugged.
