I tried to raise the temp but it turned itself back down. it froze the water line to the water dispenser. It froze the produce in the drawers. Any ideas? Thanks!

If the mother board keeps turning the temp down when I turn it up wouldn't you think its the mother board? If I buy both parts I figure it will fix the issue. What do you think? Which mother board? I think the fridge has two. Thanks

As long as you realize that ONE of those parts is probably an unnecessary purchase, and you're OK with that... The mother board is the one behind the panel in the back, just over the water inlet valve.
