Water build up in top part of fridge shelf. Freezes food in top back of fridge. Ice in bottom of freezer. Can anyone help with my problem?

you have a clogged defrost drain. when it goes into defrost, the melt water is unable to reach the condensate pan to evaporate, so it backs up in the floor of the freezer, and then into the refrigerator. You have to unclog your drain.
