Ice maker is full of frozen water but not producing cubes. The ice maker is making a clicking sound. Any ideas? I would like to remove the unit but I have no idea what to disconnect first...

Sound like your ice make has bit the dust and needs replacing.
If you post your model # you'll be able to get the replacement part # and see the diagram on how it comes off.
The ice maker is held in with three screws and has a wire harness hooked to it.
