closthes are still soaking wet, spin cycle wont go at full speed, and makes this clicking noise..anybody know whts up?

Your spin bearings may be going bad and causing the motor to cut out. Remove the belt and turn the tranny pulley in the spin direction. If hard to turn, you have bad bearings or something stuck in the tub, shine a light in the spin basket to check. Also, check the tub center seal area above the tranny for water/grease marks.
If everything checks out ok, you just have a bad motor.
