I installed a new water valve for the ice maker (Model UKI1500AXW) and now the ice cubes are smaller than before and does not produce enough ice on a daily basis for me and my wife. The cubes are about half the size of the ones before I installed the new water valve. Is there an adjustment to increase the amount of water dispensed into the ice cube maker. Thanks George H

Yes. Remove the front cover on the ice maker. On the right side there is a screw adjustment. Counter-clock-wise (CCW) will make the water run for a longer peroid of time, therefore making the cubes larger. (CW) will make them smaller. Be careful..if you make the cubes too large, the tray-release heater will not be able to break the cubes loose in order for the cube dump 'thingy' to start the cycle again. You will hear a clicking sound when this happens; could go on for 3-10 minutes (usually in the middle of the night!) and it will slow down cube making cycle considerably.
