Somehow (kids) there is a marble or other round object in between the inner perforated stainless drum and the one that encases the entire drum assembly. It makes a terrible racquet during spin cycle. How do I get it out?

I would remove the front panel and the pump filter in the middle. Clean this out. Then, I would remove the pump and the tub hose to it, then rotate the spin basket. With any luck, you will find the marble.

well if your not mechanically inclined or know how to take the washer apart, you could always try to turn the washer over and see if it comes out.

Not only is this real dumb advice, this action will ensure the damage of upper components like the water system!
The ONLY way items will come out is through the access hole on the bottom.
