Hi,
I have a 12 year old GE stove/oven that has a burner that randomly gets too hot. I thought that the burner itself was in need of replacement so I got a new one and it was ok for a little bit, but then started getting to hot on low settings, like glowing orange on medium. I am wondering what I need to replace to get it working correctly.

Thanks,
Angie

Replace the infinite switch for that burner.
