I have a GE J-BS07 C1WW electric oven. I am trying to replace the bake coil, but it looks like wires are crimped to the old coil and I don't know how I should remove the old coil, or how I should attach the new coil. If anyone has any experience with this or knows what to do, please let me know asap!

The wires attached to the element are usually push on connectors.
Be sure to unplug or remove power to the unit as one side of the element is always live.
Also a good idea to clip something onto the wires (clothes pin etc.) to ensure they do not disappear into the back of the oven.
Try pushing the connectors off with a screw driver instead of pulling them off, you do not want to pull the wires out of the female connector.

This should help
