The lower agitator will turn and work but the upper agitator does not turn. The clothes move some because of the lower agitator fins. It sounds like ball bearings moving. Thanks for all the great advice on here! This will be my second repair on here for this washing machine and you helped me with a stove! Thanks!!!! :D

I looked at your previous posts and boy, you have had some adventures. Your problem is likely the four cams that move the upper agitator, also called "dogs". This is about as simple and easy and inexpensive repair as you are going to have. This video will take you through it, but really all you need to do is remove the agitator, take out the old cams and put in the new ones. Thank you so much for hooking me up with the you tube video! I would have never have thought to look there. Yes, I've had my share of appliance problems but you guys are the best for helping! I'll go get four new dogs on Monday! (My daughter is excited about getting new dogs! :) ) I can't believe the fix is so simple! Thanks again!

Sounds great, hate to disappoint your daughter when she sees the kind of dogs you are getting.
Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
