My red light has finally come on and I know I need to change the water filter. I've twisted and turned the filter and it is not moviing. Do I need to remove the grill from the bottom to get at the filter?
Thanks, Kia

You shouldn't have to take the grill of the front. There is a buttton to the left of the filter and a "half moon" shapeed plastic cap that fits over the filter. Press the button in and place your fingers under the cap and pull the filter out. Remove the cap by giving it about a 1/4 turn and replace with the new filter in the reverse order I've just described(excepting the need to push the button in during installation of the new filter). Good luck and let me know how it goes.
