I guess I don't have the manual :( I've looked thru what I do have...Tech Ed Job Aid, Install Instructions...but I can find a page 3-17. Can you provide me the page or the entire manual electronically, maybe pdf? Thanks.

Thanks Denman but no apology necessary since you are the one helping me!!! Yes, I did re-install everything using Fig 3-17 for reference. I'll take everything apart and try to re-seat the gasket on the bottom of the tub and then the sump on the gasket and re-install the tabs. I haven't seen anything to indicate I need to put any kind of adhesive or lubricant on the gasket or sump when I re-assemble per the manual. Seems like a very simple process so I am having difficulty understanding why the leak but I will give it another go and see if I have better luck tonight...

The sump is designed so that a monkey can install it into the tub, just make sure the rubber is straight and undamaged, set the sump in, and slide the tabs in. I had a similar exprience with mine leaking when I replaced my pump, but I had overlooked the big o-ring on the front of the volute thing, what a difference that made!

Thanks cbkidder. Never got there....after waiting two months for a national level back order for the sump gasket my wife had enough and she went out and bought a Bosch dishwasher to replace this one....
