Well the plot thickens. So I started to try and trace the dark blue wire back to see where the break was and not the solenoid is not working either. It was working yesterday, so not sure what has changed since then.
I guess now I have to verify the common as well.

Definitely there is something wrong with the wires.

Gene,
Well that was it. I tracked it down to where the connector was under the door. So the wire harness going from the panel and out the bottom of the door is bad. I hooked an ohm meter up between the blue at the door panel and connector under the door. The common had continuity but the blue and the white/red did not. I then grabbed the harness and squeezed it and I magically had continuity.
I then connected everything back up and and taped the micro switch on for the dispenser then squeezed the wires at the bottom and whallah!
It does not look like a fun job replacing that harness so I am going to try and repair the wires first by splicing and then placing heat shrink around the splice. I guess opening and closing the door put enough fatigue in the wires to cause them to break. This seems like a bad design, but I am sure most refrigerators are done this way.

I never did it, but I believe this is not the easiest job.

Well I spliced the wires. The blue and white/red wires were completely severed. I used a crimp then shrink tubed it. Wrapped it up well with electrical tape. Everything is working now as it should. I will order the harness and do it on a long weekend.
I think this site does the public a great service. Keep it up.
