Dryer quit working. Replaced heating element. Now it intermittantly will not heat. All thermostats checked out ok with ohm meter. There was quite a lot of lint in the lint screen housing which has been cleaned out.

I would open it back up and check the connections on the new element, and check to make sure the new element is not broken or is shorting against the frame.
If this checks out I would replace the cycling thermostat. If it is cycling off too soon an ohm check would not reveal this.
