My washer has started making a loud noise at the end of the spin cycle, what could be causing this?

Open it up and check out the suspension pads, support and the springs. You might try replacing the springs and pads, since they are not expensive, but if that does not cure things and the support parts are not damaged I would start to look at the brakes. Check Richappy' Sticky at the top of this page for what to do.
