The water doesn't drain completely. I thought it might be the pump. I took off the pump and all the hoses to look to damage, clog, or anything! The pump looks good, the hoses are clean.I looked at the coupling between the motor and gearcase and it looks okay. I have a new pump but don't want to use it if it's not the problem. I can return it for my money back.
I also installed a tray pump to lower my drain hose.
Any other ideas????

Have you noticed any change in the spin speed, or the length of its duration?

check for a nickel or similar item trapped in the discharge hose and drain union on the back of the washer. A nickel or similar sized object can obstruct the flow of drain water and the allowed time from timer is not enough time to drain if restricted in any way.
