Hi,
I have this dishwasher unit working for a while and I noticed that there was no water entering in when I started the wash. I checked the main water line feeding water to the washer and it was fine. Replaced the water inlet valve...no water. Changed out the float switch...no water. What can it be? I started the wash and it went through the whole cycle...dry.
Please help...what is the chance of the replacement part is defective...such as the water inlet valve?
Thanks,
Ngoc

How did you check that the valve and float switch were OK?

Use a meter and a check from the control board side or the float switch to the far side of the valve, for 120 volts when it should be filling.

If there is no 120 volts.
Remove power from the unit and check the wires from the control board to the valve/float for continuity.
If OK
Probably the control board is shot.
