Control board fried and I got replacement and installed. No display lights. Confirmed have power at outlet, power cord ok. Got some tech info saying if no display lights to verify hi limit tstat circuit at L1 (j2 plug) & N (j2 plug) @ 120VAC. It said if I didnt have power then replace wiring. But it did not say what to do if I did have power. I did have power. Did I maybe just get a bad board?

Obviously you have power at the outlet but you need to test that power is coming into the board. If so, then it is likely your board has failed. Check the wiring diagram to make certain there is nothing to divert it.
