Not sure if you ever resolved this, but, it is a rather simple repair. I had a similar problem with my oven however in my case the blower stopped altogether and whenever a "clean" was performed the high temperature safety "clix-on" would blow leaving the oven in a no heat situation. I had to replace the "clix-on" twice before I realized it was the fact that the blower motor wasn't running. I can assure you your problem is the blower as it stays on after turning off the oven to allow for "cool down".
To remove oven from the cabinet there are usually a couple of screws on either side of the oven door you have to remove. At this point the entire oven can be pulled out. I would suggest putting a box, table, or something of similar height in front to rest the oven on to avoid dangling by the power cord. You then need to remove some of the tin around the top and back of the oven to get to the blower assembly. Simply unplug motor, remove, replace and you should be good to go.
