I just replaced the rubber seal on the refridge door. This is a bottom mount door. It still doesn't close tightly when I release it. There is about a 3/4 gap between the door and the rubber seal. I would like to realign the door to see if that will fix the problem or will you help me figure out what the problem is. My funds are very limited and I don't want to waste money on anything. Will you please help me?

If you put the door gasket back the way the old one was, I would use a hair dryer to get the gasket to "form" in place. You can also duct tape the door in place overnight and next morning it will have set properly. If the gasket was bent when you got it, you might have to remove it, and put it into hot water to get the bends out, then re-install.
