So, I'm old and cheap (thrifty?) and the pump belt on my daughters workhorse washer is slipping. Since she lives about 25 miles away I figured it was time for a new one so stopped at my local appliance store for a replacement. Now, I really have no problem paying a somewhat premium price for an OEM part but $24 for a belt just rubbed me the wrong way. I paid less than that for the timing belt on another daughters car! I chose to go have a look before purchasing and was able to just make a small adjustment to to the pump and get her diaper cleaner running again. I just find it difficult to believe there could be that much difference between that OEM belt and another of the same size bought from an industrial supply at 1/3 the cost. Anyone out there have a dimension and or cross ref. number I can use to spend less cash? Maybe the main drive belt too as long as I'm at it?
Thanks All

You can buy the kit of both belts (OEM) for $27.96 from Appliance Parts Pros.

The part number for the kit is AP2660760
