Both Freezer and refrigerator sides are non working.
Can anyone help to advise what part I could try replacing???

Remove the cover on the back and check if the compressor and the fan next to it are running. Post your findings, please.

Did you see frost on the back panel in the freezer?
Does the fan in the freezer blow air?

No frost on the back panel of freezer and yes the freezer is blowing air.

Sounds like the sealed system is low on Freon. This job has to be done by a certified technician.
