My four year old Frigidaire fridge started to have slidely abnormal noise. It is kind of lound in my quiet living room but not completely untolerable. Anyone had a similar problem? I am just a little concerned since it was not like this before. Should I have it checked by a pro? Thanks!

Here are your parts Replacement parts for FRIGIDAIRE FRS23LH5DS9 Frigidaire/refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.comAnyone had a similar problem? Cannot say without more info. Should I have it checked by a pro? Try to locate what is making the noise, you may have to pull the unit away from the wall to do this. Possible causes are the compressor or condenser fan (back, bottom of the unit behind the cover) OR the evaporator fan (inside the freezer). It could be something simple. If you feel uncomfortable doing this then I would call in a pro. |

Thanks Denman. I found that the fridge stopped working this morning. I have placed a service call. Hope it is not a major job.
