Replaced the Ice maker (hole unit) over the weekend, and the new Ice Maker only dumps ice about every 4 - 5 hours. Is there a way to adjust the Frenquency?

Freezer temp is 1 degree.

On the original unit; the non stick liner in the mold started to peel and the liner was freezing in the ice. When the heater unit came on the ice would melt from the mold but the liner was frozen into the qubes causing them to stick and the ejector would hang up. Figured I would replace the complete unit. Simple way out!

After cutting all the loose liner out with a box knife I put the old ice maker back in and it dumps about every hour.

Any suggestions?

The ice maker has built in thermostat which reads the ice maker temperature and operates with the head module. If the ice maker is not cold enough, it will take much longer time between cycles.

If the new ice maker was there for more then 24 hrs, possible the thermostat is defective. In that case you have to call the customer service to exchange the ice maker under the part warranty.
