Our power company shut off power yesterday to change out a transformer and this morning I noticed the main breaker in our panel was tripped. I reset it and everything came back up except our freezer. Is there a reset for the freezer?

There is no reset that I can see. Could be when they shut off the power you were a defrost cycle and that is why the unit seemed dead. May have even taken out the defrost timer moror so you are stuck in defrost mode.
