Water is freezing at bottom of evaporator coil in the chill box side of refrigerator; water is not draining out of drain tube underneath coil tried to blow out drain tube and use hot water and hair dryer and no air is passing through fan motor is working fine it has been replaced with a new one compressor is working fine

The drain tube is clogged. No doubt about it. Check the other end of the drain tube.
