Dishwasher not starting. "SMART WASH" and "NORMAL WASH" buttons blinking. Already unplugged unit for 10 mins, and also checked circuit breaker.

Most likely the problem is a stuck key on the keypad. The correction is to replace the control panel. If you need the correct part number, post the color of the control panel.
