Hello, When I get a glass of water from my side by side whirlpool it dispenses fine but when I'm done a pull my glass away I hear a tick tick tick and it drips water out for a few seconds. How do I fix this?

Probably a water solenoid going bad. Pull the back panel and measure the water solenoid voltage, (the solenoid that activates the 5/16 line) while someone pushes in the fountain water button. Valve should stop water as soon as voltage goes away, if not replace it. They sell a good kit for this P#
4318046. Just make sure you do not get the valve type with the push on water lines.

when you say pull the back panel, where would that be behind the door or refrigerator?
