 My fiance first noticed water on the floor. She then opened the freezer to find it thawed and then she checked the refrigerator and it wasn't cooling anymore. Can anyone suggest how to check it out? Or might you already know? Please help, maybe I could fix it myself.

The model number you posted does not come up. It could be incorrect or this not American model.

Verify and repost it, please.
