My whirlpool refridgerator in my garage has been popping the breaker occasionally until now. Now as soon as i plug it in it will pop. I found it has a 3 in 1 start capacitor on it and when i unplug it from the compressor and plug in the power source the fan and fridge lights work and the breaker does not pop unless i hook it up to the compressor. Is the start capacitor the problem? What do i need in parts? thank you

Your 3n1 hard start device just blew out the compressor windings, time for a new refrigerator. Rather common for this to happen on the modern 1/5 HP compressors.
Lesson learned, NEVER use a 3n1 hard start device on a modern refrigerator.
