When I try to load rinse aid it just runs out, almost as if it is clogged or something. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Sounds like the rinse aid dispenser is not sealing correctly or the wax motor is shot.
You could disconnect the dispenser wax motor just to be sure that it is a dispenser problem and not a control board that is keeping the wax motor on all the time.
The dispenser comes as one unit.

FYI: It is run by a wax motor, basically this is a tube with wax in it and a plunger. It has a small heater which melts the wax, which expands pushing the plunger out. Then when the heater is shut or the wax re-solidifies.
Operates like a solenoid in slow motion.
Not uncommon for these to have problems.
