Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 1/17/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		I have a GE 21 cu ft freezer model # fum21saarwh It was made in 06-98. the compressor turns on then turns off about 30 seconds later then turns on again and keeps repeating this cycle. There is no frost build up inside the unit. Any suggestions. It has always keep food frozen with no problems. Thank you

Note: There is no use replacing these unless you check the compressor motor windings with a meter. Also this only checks the electrical part of the compressor and it may be shot mechanically.
