Good day all. It's cold and I'm forced to fix the washer today.
I am having trouble taking the front panel of the washer off. The steps are take off 3 bottom screws of panel beneath front panel. Lift it and it comes off, revealing the front guts of the washer. Then there are two obvious screws to remove on your left and right, facing you, that secure the bottom of the front panel.
Then there are two mystery screws securing the top. I can't find them. And the appliance repair blog entry and the duet job aid pdf don't help. They just say to take them off.
The instructions for removing the panel and bellows seem to all focus on the GW model, not mine. Is that part of the problem?
I'm sure this is something simple I'm missing. Help.
PS Appliance Part Pros rock. They got my part here the next day.

It was hidden behind the top panel, which was very hard to get loose. The panel with buttons on it does not easily come loose.

So, how did you get the top control panel off? I'm also starting to replace the bellows on my machine. Any other words of wisdom?

Work your way up, from the bottom. Don't take off the panel until you take the fluid reserve (holds detergent) off. Then work from the left to the right loosening up the little tabs and then you'll have to really work back/forth/up/down to get the far right tabs loose. But it will come. Everything else was easy.
