I have no power to the in-door dispensers. The power on the inside of the freezer and refrigerator as well as the icemaker are working fine. I am looking for a fuse....but where is it? I have the wiring diagram but I don't see one marked. Thanks for your help!

The first thing I would check is the freezer light switch (located on the left side of the door frame).

With the door closed it should provide power to the dispenser.

- The part number for the light switch is AP3108668

Thanks for responding Gene. How do I remove the switch? Do I just pry it out?

Yes, pry it out but it has kind of lock on one side. click on the part number link and look at the picture.

Okay. I'll try it. What's the second thing you'd try if this checks out ok?

Okay we got it out and tested it and it's fine. What's the second thing you'd try?

Did you receive a follow-up answer. Had someone test light switch, said was ok. Just no power.

Finding out the freezer light switch led us to figuring out there was power getting to the dispenser, so it must be in the control panel that we removed...well inspecting the connector between the control panel and the assembly we noticed one of the contacts looked bent, so we bent it using a needle and reconnected it...voila -power again. Thanks to Gene...

Hi Pat,

We need the complete model number of the fridge and more specific description of the problem.

Post it as a new thread, please.

Gene.
