Here are your parts

Here is a manual the pump should be close to yours

All spray arms are a little loose so it is hard to say if this is a problem. You will have to remove it and check it and it's cap for signs of wear.
Also check that the holes are clean.
You did not say if the upper wash arm rotates OK.
If not you may have a low water level problem or dirty pump filters or a pump problem.

I am a female and am not sure what I am doing, but did determine that both upper and lower washer arms are spraying. The problem is that the lower arm is not turning during the cycle. I took the lower arm off and it was not stopped up. When I took the part that holds the lower arm on and put it back on and tightened it and then manually tried to push the washer arm around, it was like stopped and would not move, When I loosened the part holding it on, the holder and arm come off. Help!!

We are all in that position at sometime about everything.
Unfortunately I cannot be of much help without being there and seeing the parts.

Perhaps if you look at the parts breakdown you can figure it out. Note that often if you click on the picture of the part a new page will open with more views of the part which you can expand and look at.

If all else fails get a friend to look at it with you often two heads are better than one. Does sound like something has worn out or stripped.
