The fridge runs fine but when liquid containers on the top shelf are pushed to the back, ice chunks form in them. I have tried adjusting the temperature dial but this does not help. Is this a fixable issue or just something that I have to deal with. Thanks.

Remove the assembly that has the control for the damper from the freezer to the fridge to ensure it is closing off the air flow correctly.

Measure the temperature in the freezer, perhaps it is too cold.
Should be about 0 to 5 degrees F.

If too cold it could be the thermostat is shot.
Try it at different settings re half way and also at warmest setting.
Note that it will take 24 hours to get a proper freezer temperature.
