Our dryer recently started working only on the Timed Dry section (not the automatic) and each time we used it, would only allow us to set it for a set time --first 40 minutes, then less each time until now we can only set it for 10 minutes or less.

What could it be? Worth fixing, or is it time to get a new dryer?
Thank you! :)

Could be a bad motor with bad bearings, just take apart and check. With bad bearings, you will need to get a new motor on this site.
