When I Plug It In It Will Work Great For A Week Or Two And Then It Just Freezes Up And No Air Blows To The Fridge Section.the Coils In The Back Of The Freezer Section Is One Large Sheet Of Ice

The most common thing that causes this is the defrost heater. Melt the ice and check for continuity across the heater. If the problem isn’t the heater the thermistors may be bad.
