When checking the thermal cut-off if it reads an open is it faulty. The unit will not heat and when i plug the unit in and jumper the thermal cut-off the heating element will come on. And i have no repair manual just shooting from the hip. Thermostats reads 2 ohms (closed) and element reads 10 ohms (closed) and thermal fuse is closed. Blower works well and the exhaust line is not plugged.
