Someone said that it is the defrost drain but i can not find a diagram anywhere to see if that might be it. Can anyone tell me where to look or offer me a diagram that might have it?

Saw a parts type diagram but that dosn't help me get the back off. By the way need DIY for Dummies version of instructions if anyone can help. Model #FRS20ZRG
